Gordon Odongo Olala is Assistant Lecturer in the School of Business and Economics (Human Resource management) at Kisii University.In 2022 he completed his PhD in Business Manageemnt specialising in Human Resource Manageemnt at Kisii University,In 2014 he graduated with Masters Degree in Business Administration (Human Resource Management).Since 2015 he has been working with Kisii University Migori Campus income generating Unit as a Academic Leader and as Chairman of Research Department at the Campus upto May 2024.Dr Olala has been a member of Kenya University Quality Assurance network,A network for Quality practices in Kenyan Universities,he is also a member of East Africa Quality Assurance Network,He is a member of Institute of Human Resource Management,Member Number 07086. Dr Olala has innitiated several income generating programmes for the University through training, to mention in 2018 trained South Nyanza Sugar Company Kenya (SONY) Staff which generated funds to the University among others. Area of focus is Organizational quality training for effective and efficient service delivery Globally.
